Return & Exchange Policy

At Toy Avenue, your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return an item, please see our return and damages policies below.

 

30-Day Return Policy

At Toy Avenue, we do not offer returns for change of mind, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Customers are only eligible for returns if the item is damaged or defective upon receipt. 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when received—unused and in their original packaging. Please ensure you have your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please reach out to us at support@toyavenue.com.au. Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending back your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Damages

All items are thoroughly inspected before packing. Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package before opening. If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Shipping & Insurance

Orders above $150 are insured via Australia Post. Any damages incurred by Australia Post must be claimed directly by the receiver unless additional shipping protection is purchased. Please be aware that Australia Post does not allow senders to file damage claims, and we cannot offer compensation if their claim is rejected.

 

For Collectors

Packaging is designed to protect the item inside. We do not consider box/card damage as part of the item’s condition and cannot replace cracked blisters or bent cards unless shipping protection has been purchased. Collectors seeking mint-condition packaging are encouraged to add shipping protection.
